This bachelor thesis deals with legislative requirements related to the issue of human factor in aviation maintenance organizations. The main part begins with an introduction to the science of the human factor in aviation. Then the focus is given to the particular factors which affect the operations of an aviation maintenance technician. The aim of the thesis is to compile a comprehensive overview of information, especially legislative requirements and recommendation, which lead to minimization of the human factor risk.

The objective of a thesis is a review of a literature of human reliability assessment. Based on the analysis of the operation and a literature review and choose the appropriate method to perform the actual assessment of the reliability of human error. Final object of the work is to propose measures to increase human reliability.

Diploma thesis focuses on the issue of proactive risk management in companies, using appropriate procedures and methods in the selected company. Thesis is divided into three parts. First part is focused on theoretical knowledge, which serves as a basis for the analytical part. The analytical part characterizes the selected company, organizational structure, job positions and key processes in the company, with a focus on proactive risk management. In the last part of the diploma thesis, measures for proactive risk detection are suggested.

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of human failures during the risk activities. The aim of the work is to apply risk analysis to the operation of a selected unnamed company that processes vegetables. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part, the theoretical basis is discussed and serves as a basis for a better understanding of the topic and subsequent elaboration of the analytical part. The analytical part focuses on the characteristics of the selected company, organizational structure, working positions and the operation itself and analyses these issues with the focus on human factor. The last part of the diploma thesis is dealing with suggestions leading to the prevention of human failure in risk activities. The aim of these suggestions is to improve the situation of the company.
Human Factor Reliability Evaluation

This thesis is focused on evaluation human factor reliability of assembly line, which is in company Hella Autotechnik, s.r.o. from Mohelnice. This analysis will be made with several methods. At first will be estimated operator errors with method TESEO, then will be used method Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) for detection hazard factors, which are influenced by production on the assembly line. In the end will be identified hazard precaution with HAZOP study.
Assessment of human reliability in a working system

The present thesis focuses on the issue of assessing the reliability of the operator while operating CNC laser Adige LaserTube 8. The objective of this study was to perform a review of literature, which concerns the issue of assessing the reliability of the human factor. On the basis of the analysis was to choose the appropriate method in order to identify and assess risks in their workplace and then to assess the reliability of the operator. The practical part is to propose suitable measures to increase the reliability of the operator.
Identification and assessment of errors in the production process

The presented diploma thesis concerns about identification and assessment of errors in the production process. The thesis is focused on methods of human factor reliability analysis. In the first part of the thesis is a general description of human factor and human factor reliability. In the second part of it the process of assessment of human factor reliability is designed including general description of used analytical techniques. Third part of the thesis contains general description of selected process, process data analysis and outputs of processed analytical techniques. In the last part of thesis are described suggestions of corrective measures with recommendations for the further development of this topic.
Effect of the human factor on small aircraft accident

Jiří Chlebek, Ph.D. The Master’s thesis focuses on the safety of civil aviation, which is in 80% of the accidents caused by Human Factor, Human Error or just Pilot Error. The main goal of this Master’s thesis is evaluation and assessment of the causes of aircraft accidents of general civil aviations operations of the Czech Republic. In the practical part of the Master’s thesis were analyzed accidents of aircrafts in the category with maximum take of mass to 2250 kg and ultra light aircrafts incurred in the Czech Republic from 2006 to 2012. In the conclusion were analyzed main causes of the aircraft accidents and were proposed further measures to reduced accidents caused by Human Factor.
Analysis of general aviation accidents of the Czech Republic in relation to age representation pilots

The master’s thesis investigates the influence of a pilot‘s age and experience on the probability of aviation accident related to general aviation in the Czech Republic. The results were obtained using statistical analyses of data from aircraft accident final reports. The aim of the thesis is to propose the ways of decreasing the number of accidents caused by the analyzed factors while taking into account the current aviation legislation.
